ਮੈਂ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ AYS Immigration Brampton ਤੋਂ $40,000 ਦੇ ਕੇ SRTL ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੀ LMIA ਲਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਪੇਮੈਂਟ AYS Immigration Brampton ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਜਸਕੀਰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੋਹਲ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਚੈਟ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੂਫ਼ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੇਜ ‘ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ।

ਮੈਂ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਸ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਲਗਭਗ 30 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਬੰਦੇ LMIA ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਕੇ LMIA ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਸੀਂ LMIA ਲਈ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਗਰੀਮੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਦੇ 35 ਤੋਂ 40 ਘੰਟੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਘੰਟੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪੇਚੈਕ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਪੇਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਪਲੋਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਮੇਰਾ ਖਰਚਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੰਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਪਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਤੋਂ $3,000 ਐਡਵਾਂਸ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਰਕਮ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੈਲਰੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਟ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਪਰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਸੈਲਰੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੱਟੇ।

ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, 03 ਫ਼ਰਵਰੀ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ “ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਕੰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਆਉ।” ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਮੇਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਫ਼ਟ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੈਲਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।

ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਾਰੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ “ਇਸ ਵਾਰੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਸੈਲਰੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਕੱਟ ਲਵੋ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਰੈਂਟ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੈ,” ਪਰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੇਰੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਈ ਝੂਠੇ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਈ-ਮੇਲਾਂ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਧੱਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਾਈਨ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਜਦਕਿ Amazon ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕੰਪਲੇਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਕੰਪਨੀ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਇੰਨਾ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੀਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇੰਨਾ ਧੱਕਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ।

ਮੈਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਣਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।

I had taken SRTL company LMIA from AYS Immigration Brampton in April 2024 by paying $40,000. The full payment was given to Jaskirat Singh Sohal, the owner of AYS Immigration Brampton, whose proof of chat is available on the next page.

I am not alone, there are more than 30 people like me working on LMIA in this company, all of whom have paid for LMIA. At the time we were taking LMIA, the agreement stated 35 to 40 hours of work per week, but I was given very few hours. Its paychecks have also been uploaded on this page.

I had a very difficult time meeting my expenses. During this time, I had to get my teeth treated, for which I had taken an advance of $3,000 from the company. It was written that if I did not return the money on time, this amount would be deducted from my salary, but the company does not know why the money was not deducted from the salary.

After a long time, on 03 February 2026, I was suddenly called and told, “Come tomorrow with as much money as you want and then come to work.” That day, my shift was not assigned nor was I given my salary.

I requested many times that “this time, deduct the money from my next salary, because I have to pay the rent for my apartment,” but the company did not listen to me. After this, many false e-mails were sent against me and I was forced to sign papers saying that I had made mistakes in the company.

Whereas, there is no complaint against me regarding my work in Amazon. The company is deliberately harassing and harassing me. This company is forcing me mentally so much that it is being made difficult to live. No company does this much pushing.

I hope the government gives me justice in this matter and takes appropriate legal action against this company.
